As a central figure in the picturesque rural village of Duckhurst, Tom Fetch is a busy vet who cares for the farm animals and local pets with the help of three local children, Joe, Pippa and Lucy. With an educational element for children, this popular show introduced themes of proper animal care to its young audience whilst promoting the rural lifestyle which is often overlooked on television.
